Se anunciaron las nominaciones a los premios Emmy 2021.

Los encargados de la presentación virtual fueron el ganador del Emmy, Ron Cephas Jones (This Is Us) y su hija, también ganadora del Emmy, Jasmine Cephas Jones (#FreeRayshawn, Blindspotting) junto al presidente y director ejecutivo de la Academia de Televisión, Frank Scherma, quienes anunciaron las nominaciones de la ceremonia principal que se llevará a cabo el próximo domingo 19 de septiembre y se transmitirá en TNT para Latinoamérica. Stephen Colbert será el host del show por segunda ocasión.
